Group Running Outdoors

Cross Country Endurance

This week-long immersive program focuses on building a strong aerobic base for the upcoming cross country season. Athletes train through a structured 7-day cycle designed to improve endurance, efficiency, and overall performance.

Campers experience a well-rounded approach that includes distance running, strength training, flexibility work, deep water conditioning, biomechanics, and nutrition. All sessions are hands-on, helping athletes understand and apply proven training methods.

Each athlete follows a program tailored to their current fitness level, ensuring safe progression while avoiding overtraining and injury. Training supports, not replaces, each athlete’s primary coach, encouraging collaboration and long-term development.

Workshops include injury prevention, mental performance, goal setting, nutrition, college recruiting, and leadership.
